Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF YOUR RECIEPT OF YOUR MERCHANDISE. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN EXCELLENT, SELLABLE, "AS NEW" CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL BOXES, AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. WE WILL REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE, MINUS ALL ACTUAL SHIPPING COST (BOTH TO AND FROM YOUR LOCATION) AND MINUS A RESTOCKING FEE, EQUAL TO 25% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE (INCLUDING APPLICABLE TAX, IF ANY). ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER THAT IS ISSUED BY TEXAS TRAMPOLINE. PLEASE EMAIL US TO OBTAIN THIS NUMBER FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME AT NO COST, EXCEPT WHEN DAMAGED BY THE FREIGHT LINE, WHICH, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS WHICH WERE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. ALL ITEMS UNDER $50.00 EACH, SUCH AS REPLACEMENT PARTS, ETC. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM TEXAS TRAMPOLINE OR RETURNED MORE THAN 20 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE MERCHANDISE. ITEMS ATTEMPTING TO BE RETURNED FREIGHT COLLECT.
